At Acaamg (accessible via https://acaamg.com), these terms set out the agreement between you and us whenever you browse the site or place an order. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.

Most of what follows is ordinary commercial ground: who can order, how a sale is formed, what happens if a price is wrong, and which state’s law applies if something goes badly. Because we sell knitwear that people buy without handling it first, the sections on product descriptions and on returns matter more here than they might elsewhere.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of https://acaamg.com and any purchase made through it. Background on the shop itself sits on our About Us page, which is descriptive rather than contractual.

2. Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the site with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Orders ship to addresses within the United States only.

3. Products

We sell ready-made knitwear held as stock. Nothing on the site is built to order or produced after a sale is placed, so what you see listed is what is physically on hand.

Product descriptions, measurements, and photographs are prepared as carefully as we can manage, but knit colors photograph differently under different light and a measurement taken flat has a tolerance to it. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, and omissions, and to update product information at any time without prior notice. Stock is not guaranteed, and where an item sells out after your order is placed we will tell you and refund in full.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in United States Dollars and are subject to change without notice. A change never applies retroactively to an order already accepted.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, a decimal in the wrong place or a figure that is a fraction of the real one, we may cancel any order placed against it and refund you in full. We will contact you rather than simply voiding the order, and if we can honor the intended price we will offer it.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The confirmation email that arrives immediately afterward acknowledges receipt of that offer. The contract forms when we accept the order and dispatch it.

We may decline an order at our discretion, including where stock has run out, where a payment cannot be authorized, or where an order appears fraudulent. A declined order is refunded in full and explained by email.

6. Payment and Billing

Payment is taken in full at checkout through the PayPal gateway, which handles PayPal balances, debit cards, and credit cards. By submitting a payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the method selected.

Charges are one-time. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or stored payment arrangements on this site. If an authorization succeeds but the capture fails, no order is created and any pending hold is released by your bank. Accepted methods and security details are set out in our Payment Methods.

Where a chargeback is raised against an order, we will cooperate fully with your card issuer and provide the order, dispatch, and delivery records held on file. We would far rather resolve a problem by email first.

7. Shipping

Rates, cutoff times, handling, and transit estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control, though we will keep you informed and act on your behalf with the carrier when something goes wrong.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Our Return & Refund Policy and our Cancel & Change Order Policy both form part of these terms. By ordering you agree to the conditions in each of them.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it systematically, to place orders through automated means, or to submit false information at checkout. Accounts and orders connected to any of that may be suspended.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on https://acaamg.com, including text, photographs, product descriptions, layout, and logos, belongs to Acaamg or is used with permission. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent. Claims that content here infringes a third party are handled under our DMCA & Intellectual Property Policy.

11. Third-Party Links

The site may link to pages we do not operate, such as a carrier tracking portal. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Acaamg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products, including lost data, lost revenue, or lost profit. Our total liability on any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Acaamg and anyone working with it against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under them falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Surry County, North Carolina.

16. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the terms remain in force.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. Revisions are posted on this page with the month shown under the title, and they apply to orders placed after that date.
